POSITION 01

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Antidote 71 is seeking a current college student for our Graphic Design Intern position. You will work directly with our Creative Director, creative team, and business/digital marketing intern to design, implement, and manage our online t-shirt store.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a baseline knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and XD) and shows a good understanding of design principles.

Candidates should work well with a team and be open to constructive feedback.

Someone who is eager to learn new skills, creative cool content and be in a fun, creative, and sometimes weird office culture will fit right in.

Responsibilities

Designing the store’s website

Designing digital marketing ads to promote the store

Designing the shirts to sell, including different variations and color combinations

Working with the business/digital intern to help promote and curate the store's products and increase sales

What Should You Know

This is an entry level position so base level knowledge of how to use design programs and basic design skills are the only requirements.

POSITION 02

DIGITAL / BUSINESS

We’re looking for a Business/Digital Marketing Intern to partner with a Graphic Design Intern to run a live, functioning e-commerce t-shirt store. No, really. You’ll be responsible for running an actual business throughout your internship. From pricing, to product selection, to marketing—the business is yours to run.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a good mind for business and a love of digital marketing. If graphic tees are your thing, that’s a plus. We’re looking for someone willing to take what they’ve learned so far in school, apply it on a real, functioning business, and see how it plays out in the business world.

Responsibilities

Work with the Graphic Design Intern to develop the e-commerce website beyond the standard template

Manage product pricing and selection

Develop digital marketing programs to promote the site and its products (including Google Ads, Geofencing, Social Media Advertising, Banner Ads, etc.)

Develop an organic social media program to promote the site and products

Review analytics and adjust tactics as necessary

Report weekly on marketing efforts to a Marketing Specialist within the agency

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

This is a unique opportunity for 2 interns to run a graphic tee business. You'll be working on everything for the store—from the design of the ecommerce site, to t-shirt designs, to product mix, promotional advertising (yep, you'll have a real budget to spend) and more!
